Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mother Mother gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
